4. Kangchenjunga
Although it has a very strange name that is hard to pronounce, according to many, this is one of the most beautiful mountains in the world. It is 8,586m high, it is located between India and Nepal and 125km from Mount Everest. Kanchenjunga is the highest mountain in India, the second highest mountain in the Himalayas, and by 1852 it was considered to be the world’s highest mountain. The first expedition to Kanchenjung was the British expedition in 1955.
