Top 10 Highest Mountains on Our Planet

3. Manaslu, Nepal

On the Mountain Manaslu (8,163m high) first climbed the Japanese expedition in 1956. Origin of the name of the mountain can be found in the Sanskrit word “manias” that has meaning “intellect” or “soul”. As the British claim the Everest, so the Japanese, who first climbed Manaslu, consider this peak as theirs. Back in the 1950s, during the trek, HW Tillman and Jimmy Roberts were first to photographed Manaslu. This mountain is interesting for many climbers.
