This is possibly one of the few stars who deserves an applaud for the reason that she cannot go back into Japan. In 2007 she heroically intervened in a dolphin hunt in Taiji. This earned her an arrest warrant which is still standing to this day. She is obviously not banned from the country, but clearly, it is well within her interests to avoid the island altogether, less she faces some serious jail time.
